WHAT YOU NEED FOR A PILATES CLASS AT HOME
You will need enough room to lay down with your arms and legs stretched out. Some exercises will required arms over your head, so you may need some extra room for that.
Pilates props: you will need a mat and possibly a Pilates mini-ball, a resistance band and a hand towel. You can also prepare two small half a litre bottles of water to be used as handweight, but this is not necessary. If you have any question, please fill in the contact form below.
INJURIES & CONDITIONS
Please let me know if you have injuries or conditions, if you have had any surgeries, or if you currently are or have been pregnant in the past. Pilates is extremely adaptable, so I can tailor a class that take in consideration these issues.

What they say about us
"I have been doing Pilates with Claudia for a year. She has been absolutely amazing. I have done Pilates on and off for the last 8 years with different instructors. What sets Claudia apart is that she pays tons of attention to how your body works, where you need the most help, and she develops you in those areas. I used to have pain in the lower back all the time and now it never happens. She is also one of the most pleasant person you will ever meet and she is incredibly professional. She also has developed a min routine for me to do in the morning with helps a lot with building strength and flexibility” K, CEO, South Kensington
Love Your Spine Pilates class
Love Your Spine Pilates class is designed to increase spinal flexibility and strenghetn all your postural muscles. It is great for those who feel stiff and work in front of a computer all day. It is suitable for beginners and for those who are more experienced in Pilates.
I wanted to give the most individual attention, and give you the opportunity to learn and be able to understand some of the basic moves that can help you with managing your lower back discomfort, so the class, which will be online, will run in a different format with a short 15 min Q & A so I can answer your questions and most importantly correct your form in the exercises, demonstrate and troubleshooting your personal Pilates practice if you like.
