Pilates for men

Join me for an online class focused on flexibility and Pilates stretches for hamstrings and lower back. Based on principles of Pilates and fascial fitness, this class is open for everybody but targeted for men that might feel tight hamstrings and stiff lower back and that would like to improve their flexibility.
